REGALIA ORBIT DATA
XERyder launched Regalia Orbit to share the soundscapes of a solar system created for an upcoming science-fiction series. Here, every track is both a chapter of exploration and a journey unto itself. One track tells a unique story, imagining the countdown and departure of a spacecraft; another captures the quiet rhythm of orbital staging and other themes for the listener to imagine.
These "living voyages" take shape through traditional instruments, deep analog synths, layered cosmic pads, and drifting arpeggios. Rhythms are anchored by drums and flavored with heartfelt strings and subtle spacecraft undertones. We’ve woven in the rush of air and the echo of engines in atmosphere as we traverse this foreign solar system and its orbital bodies. Every song invites you to step into this new system and enjoy a unique journey each time. Each one is meant to carry meaning—and to be shared personally with you.
These tracks were recorded using a Roland TD-17 drum kit, Kubicki X-Factor bass, Fender Strat, and Yamaha Cornet, all brought together in FL Studio with the ethereal vocals of Cinnamon. To get the "Regalia Orbit" sound, we leaned heavily on physical modeling and resynthesis plugins like Sakura and Harmor. The unique sounds are out there in the real world for you to discover—rushing air from an open car window, the hum of equipment with a fixed mic, and sounds such as a ball-peen hammer striking a long steel beam.
Thank you for your interest. Welcome to the system.
